AutoXtend’s first facility is now open at 1309 East Beaver Creek Drive, Knoxville, TN 37918

We’re doing things differently and are looking for team members to be part of the Complete Car Care Solution. It’s a new concept in customer and automotive care.

Automotive Service Team Leader
The primary role of the Team Leader is to see that work flow in the shop area is directed to technicians and to assist advisor staff in creating a continuous work flow of repair through the shop.

The responsibilities of the Team Leader will include working with the customers, the customer advisor, the service advisor, and customer care advisor on matters of job scheduling, parts expediting, correct inventory volume, customer relations, directing repair orders to qualified technicians, assist with customer test drives to verify or identify complaints, assist with proper diagnosis and repair of customer vehicles, personally inspect all comebacks to identify part or labor failure and assist in correcting a problem so that it doesn’t reoccur, monitor shop equipment usage and directing vendors in aspects of upgrading, repair, and/or maintenance of shop equipment, identify and verify technician skill levels and recommend training programs to upgrade skills, identify and assist in implementing system and protocol changes needed to expedite the repair process, provide leadership with needs of personnel, equipment, tooling, etc. to expedite the repair process.

Applicants should have excellent communication skills, customer service or operations background, computer skills, proficiency and shown desire for excellent customer service. This position is full time.

AutoXtend has technician openings on two teams for the following applicants:

Service Advisor
The AutoXtend Service Advisor assists the Customer Advisor in greeting customers, scheduling repair work, customer work order write up and controlling daily work flow for the service operations of AutoXtend in collaboration with the Team Leader, the Customer Advisor, and the Customer Care Agent.

The Service Advisor’s primary function is to complete technician recommended inspections to provide estimation, repair prioritization, customer contact and repair approval, parts expediting, invoice completion, and customer notification.

Service advisors should have a minimum of 5 years retail experience preferably in part acquisition or technician care positions relating to automotive industry. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, customer service or operations background, computer skills, proficiency and shown desire for excellent customer service. This position is full time.

Customer Advisor
The AutoXtend Customer Advisor’s primary responsibility is to assist customers in all areas of vehicle scheduling, repair estimating, scheduling and prioritization of repair, orchestrating customer delivery, and finalizing business transactions of the customer.

Customer Advisors are to be customer minded to provide needed service information, company features, company value and performance, personal follow up, and CSI input from customers.

Customer Advisors should have a minimum of 5 years retail experience preferably in customer care positions. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, customer service or operations background, computer skills, proficiency and shown desire for excellent customer service. Customer Care Agent
The AutoXtend Customer Care Agent’s primary responsibility is to assist all team members in coordinating and completion of the days work. These functions include customer greeting, assisting in customer write up, assistance with customer transportation or special scheduling needs, specific business or area information, acknowledgement and coordination of special staff and customer events including birthday, anniversary, or advancement.

The Customer Care Agent will be responsible for administration of customer follow up, CSI index reporting, office area tidiness, and supply acquisition, as well as day-end closing and bank deposit completion. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, customer service or operations background, computer skills, proficiency and shown desire for excellent customer service. This position is full time.

Customer Service/Delivery and Transportation
The AutoXtend customer service and delivery person’s primary responsibility is to assist in greeting customers, provide transportation to and from home or work, pick up and deliver parts and products to the service department, assist in keeping the vehicles and premises tidy and in service, and help with any needed function relating to the normal business activities of the enterprise.

Applicants should have excellent communication and customer service skills, a valid Tennessee driver’s license, and a desire for excellent customer service. This position is part time.
