We have been using Auto Extend for about 10 years. They do great work at good prices. They are very honest and fair. Especially if you are looking to purchase a used car, please use their review service. You pay a fee for 3 reviews and they are very thorough. They drive the vehicle and show you any codes that are shown when putting the vehicle on the computer and do a mechanic review. They will also give you an idea of the cost for the main issues. This service has helped us avoid purchasing the wrong used car.



Finding a GREAT mechanic is like finding a good Heart Surgeon. They BOTH have your LIFE in their hands. I sleep better having found AutoXtend



Eric and the guys at auto Xtend are amazing! My Nissan kicks had some air trouble and we ordered parts needed from Nissian. They helped navigate the whole issue working with a local dealer to get the answers I needed. In spite of issues with the other dealership they continued to go way above to make sure I had a car and my kiddos could drive safely around town. We have been going here for a few years now and they are so very fair and honest. They really care about you and making sure you have your car back in a timely manner. 5 stars isn't enough.



I took my 2007 Ridgeline in to them for alternator replacement. I asked that they check it, and they did. They also called with concern over battery terminal, which I knew needed replacing. very fair pricing for work.

Scott and The Staff are the best thing that happened to our 2005 GXP Pontiac Bonneville. We bought the car New and it needed tender loving care. Their work was second to none. Sincerely Michael Hardy After a year We have found many Items that were not put back in there Original place, like heater hose, and many wiring harness. Taking pictures before tear down would have made a difference. 9/24 After I made this posting I had a major problem with the engine Scott had just worked on. I decided to contact Scott to get his opinion on what was taking place. For no fault of their own a Head Castet failed and the engine was losing cooling fluid. Scott asked me to bring the car back to see what it was doing. The results were indeed a head gasket had failed and was the cause of my cooling fluid problem. Long story short, the Kind folks at AutoExtend repaired the engine that had warranty left in it. My cost was zero amount. This once again shows me these things do happen and having Scott and his Professional Staff are truly a FIVE Star Auto repair shop. I would highly recommend them for you Auto needs and repair.



I had a feeling that I had something in my tire. While I waited in the nice waiting room I got a complimentary drink. Shortly thereafter I was told that a nail was in my tire but didn't go through it so there was no charge. I truly appreciated them and now trust them and will definitely be going back to them for any other car needs!

We had our car towed there because we thought it had a starter issue. They determined vehicle was out of gas and only charged us $5.69 for gas and checkup. They were super nice!

We've used this shop several times in the last two years. This last visit had some issues with communication and we did have to bring our jeep back in to get some work redone but the team here has worked hard to remedy the situation satisfactorily and been back on their usual excellent communication.



Honest work. Eric and the rest of his team do a good job. When you don't need anything, they'll let you know. A little pricey, but they're worth it in my experience. I've taken 4 of my vehicles here.

These guys were AMAZING. Seriously I could not have made it home without them. I was traveling through and Knoxville is about my halfway point. While on the road, my car suddenly ran out of coolant and ran hot. They were able to get me in, even though it was thanksgiving week. They got me fixed up and back on the road fast and quick. I'm extremely thankful and grateful.



This place actually makes appointments and honors them. They are not caught up in the craziness of leaving your car and it sits for a week. I took it in for an oil leak and it was ready earlier then expected and a lot less then was quoted elsewhere. Very pleased, they will get my business again.

Locally owned business. Fast service, fair prices, clean and comfortable waiting area with cold drinks, and they don't try to sell you services your car doesn't need. Plus they have a AAA discount. This is my new go-to car shop in Knoxville!



Thia place did and does go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is right. They diagnised the problem within a timely manner and were able to get my car back running right! Highly recommend.
